Preliminary Site Investigation based on RGB Electromagnetic Energy of Landsat-7 Images in Wadi Fayidah, Saudi Arabia

In this paper, geostatistical analysis of digital image processing data efficiently contributed to the preliminary site investigation and geotechnical mapping Wadi Fayidah, Saudi Arabia. 3D modeling, clustering, chart pattern changes were used analyze spectral electromagnetic energy reflected values in red, green, blue (RGB) ranges on false color composite Landsat-7 images. Therefore, from upstream downstream, a series measurements carried out 70km dendritic drainage at 78 stations. Fayidah was found have dominant structural lineament 56° 84°. Furthermore, as engineering geology mapping, has 9 lithofacies that may differ geological properties.
